Quick (Gobhi) Cabbage Paratha(flat unleavened bread) Recipe to spice up your Breakfast Game

Parathas (flat unleavened bread) are my go-to options when I feel like having some flavorful breakfast. Gobhi Parathas are quick to make as there is no need to boil it in comparison to aloo paratha.


About Gobhi Partha:


Gobi paratha is a type of paratha or, originating from the Indian subcontinent, that is stuffed with flavored cauliflower and vegetables. It can be consumed as breakfast or an appetizer


Ingredients:

  1. Cauliflower (Chopped)

  2. Green chilly chopped

  3. Red chilly powder

  4. Cumin Powder

  5. Turmeric Powder

  6. Carrom seeds

  7. Coriander leaves

  8. Salt

  9. Wheat Flour

  10. Oil

Dough making process:


In a pot add wheat flour, salt, and some water. Knead well until a soft dough is formed


Cooking Process:


  1. In a bowl, add chopped cauliflower, chopped green chilly, red chilly powder, cumin powder, carrom seeds, turmeric powder, chopped coriander, salt, and mix well and keep aside

  2. From the dough, make small balls and fill the mixture into that

  3. From the balls, make flat tortillas with the help of a rolling pin

  4. Heat a pan, add oil and place the tortillas on it and cook it from both sides

  5. Once it turns golden brown, remove it and serve with pickle 🥰
